Local Area Descriptions

MAYLANDS:

An ever changing highly desirable suburb that enjoys the best of both worlds. Residents love the almost tranquil ‘rural’ feel with the convenience of being on the city’s doorstep. With many parks, the Maylands Peninsula Golf Course and acres of foreshore and public open space, its no wonder Maylands is fast becoming the suburb to live in.
There is a mix of old character homes on large blocks through to new homes in new estates near the golf course and river. There are luxury apartments and townhouses through to 1 bedroom investment units.
